An Introduction
China Hydrogen Alliance
To enhance the development of China’s hydrogen sector in speed and quality, the China Hydrogen Alliance was jointly launched in February 2018 by China Energy Corporation and other 18 sponsors ranging from large companies in such as energy production, equipment manufacturing, transportation and metallurgical materials and prestigious universities and research institutes. At present, we have 87 members globally.

The alliance is supported and supervised by the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Transport, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, the National Energy Administration, the National Development Bank, the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Chinese Academy of Engineering, the China Association for Science, and the Technology and Standardization Administration.

We devoted to build a high-end communicational and cooperative platform that enables coordinated innovation, resource pooling, commercialisation and to promote to across different disciplines, sectors and departments.
Main Responsibilities of China Hydrogen Energy Alliance
To study the development model of China's hydrogen energy and fuel cell industry, and to provide policy suggestions and intellectual support for the national hydrogen development strategy and the implementation plan.
To coordinate joint efforts of all alliance members and stakeholders to build national joint laboratories and to promote the R&D of  key technologies of hydrogen energy and fuel cells.
To promote the national and state "hydrogen energy and duel cell applicational Zones", and to initiate the national hydrogen energy and fuel cell equipment production and standardisation the application setting. 
Encouraging all alliance members to share resources; to support investment, and promotion of innovative demonstration projects launched by members.
To raise public awareness of hydrogen energy via effective promotion, to foster a favorable social environment for the development of hydrogen society in China.
Organizational leadership
Organization of the Alliance is as following:
1. The Counselors of the Alliance;
2. The Council, Strategic Guidance Committee;
3. The Expert Committee and the Secretariat.
The Strategic Guidance Committee is responsible for providing consultations and guidance. Committee members (18 people) play key roles here since they all come from different fields in such political, industry, financial etc..
The Alliance Member Committee serves as the supreme authority of the Alliance. Two executive conferences a year, and now we have 62 members.
The Expert Committee is the technical support organization of the Alliance, now we have 36 experts. The Secretariat serves as the standing executive organization of the Alliance. Now we have 1 secretary-general, and 7 executive vice secretaries-general and vice secretaries-general.
